Scheduled Appointments and Consultations are non-refundable once sessions have begun. However, cancellations can take place 7 days in advance
Processing times may vary by shipment. PLEASE allow 2-10 business days for processing and shipment. Items that have shipped will arrive in 1-5 business days depending on destination (rush orders can be accommodated with surcharge).

During the entire month of July 2021, shipments may require more processing time due to multiple sale orders and office staff vacations. All customers will be notified once their orders have shipped.
