How it Started
I am a New Orleans native, mother of one, and numbers connoisseur. As early as junior high school, I can remember being good with numbers. I was even asked to skip a few math classes, which resulted in me graduating high school early.
By the time I graduated college, with my first degree (a bachelor’s in Biology and a minor in Chemistry), I had finished with scores in organometallics and calculus. I went on to get a Master’s in Biology (while pregnant) and PhD in Business and Administration (with a toddler).
Additionally, I have been in business for myself for over 7 years, but I have worked in this field for over 15 years with companies like The Urban League of New Orleans, University of New Orleans, Dillard University, Louisiana State University, and a host of other non-profits, educational institutions, and small businesses.
After choosing to leave traditional employment in 2015, I wrote and published my first book, 21 Day Word Revolution in January of 2017 with my 2nd book being published in the fall of 2017, followed by my 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th book (The Affirmation, The Affirmation Journal, Winning Numbers, Money Management and Entrepreneurs, and Minding My Business Respectively).
I secured my first major contract in 2017 as well and I received a reoccurring guest spot on IHeart Radio in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, I was featured at Essence Festival twice, held a guest spot on iHeartRadio, had newspaper and magazine features, embarked on a number of public speaking engagements across the country, worked with incubators, and helped thousands of women entrepreneurs shift their mind and grow their money through live courses, online and in-person speaking engagements, digital offerings, books, individual sessions, and group masterclasses.
Today, I work with boss female entrepreneurs through Group Coaching, Masterclass, One-on-One Coaching, and Mindset & Money Conferences.
