Refund/Cancellation policy:
Registrant has 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel trip and receive a full fee refund; less a $250 transaction fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing to reservations@drsheikasquare.com. After 24hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any changes or accommodation adjustments made within 30 days of attendee's expected arrival will not be honored; this includes early/late arrival, early/late departures, etc...
Payment Plan Registrants:
Missed payments constituent a cancelation and lost of all payments and promotions
Registrant is also required to purchase travel insurance in order to travel with us. We encourage everyone to book a travel insurance policy within a week of initial trip deposit or payment. We also highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance policy.
By booking this trip, you understand that travel insurance is the only means of receiving monetary reimbursement for flights and non-refundable expenses should your trip be canceled or changed for any reason, whether voluntarily or because of actions on our part.
